How often is updated?

We update our site once per week. Each update consists of an entire gallery of individual photos which generally contains around 200 or more high resolution images, or 1 new video episode.

What do I have access to in the members area?

Each member has unlimited access to thousands of high resolution photos and over lots of exclusive downloadable videos. Ability to stream or download our exclusive HD films at anytime, from anywhere, even from your iPhone. You get your very own user profile and "Preferences". which enables you to compile your very own "Top Content", sort and rank them to your liking. You'll also have access to special MileyMason only exclusive photo and video shoots, eCards, build-your-own calendar, super high resolution wallpapers and DVD & BluRay features.

What kind of player/players do I need to watch your videos? I am really interested in your HD videos as well, so please explain how I can view those.

Our videos play through a wide array of players. Most common is the Windows media Player. We offer both HD (High Definition) and SD (Standard Definition) versions of our films. You can also watch our films using Quicktime and here we offer true 1080P HD, HD and SD. You can also watch our videos on your mobile devices such as Sony PSP, iPod and even your iPhone. You will also need the latest version of Flash by Adobe if you'd like to watch any video while your on the site itself (streaming). You can download the latest version of Flash by Adobe here: It is also helpful to have a computer with at least a 1GHz processor to fully enjoy our 1080P True HD movies, 2GB of ram or more along with a 2GHz processor or faster is recommended.

What formats do you offer your video in? I mean, is your HD just another 1280x720 screen format? What bitrates do your videos play at?

We offer several formats for you to view our work in.

Web formats:

  • 1080p HD - 1920x1080 5,000kbps (Quicktime)
  • 720p HD - 1280x720 2,000kbps (both Quicktime and WMV formats)
  • SD - 640x360 1,000kbps (both Quicktime and WMV formats)

Portable formats:

  • iPod
  • iPhone
  • PSP

  • 720p HD - 1280x720 2,000kbps (WMV)
  • SD - 640x360 1,000kbps (WMV)

What are your membership prices?

We offer a 1 month membership for $29.99 which you will be billed for once per month until you cancel your subscription. We also offer a 3 month deal for $59.99 which bills every 3rd month until cancelation. And finally, a 1 year deal for $149.99 which is a 1 time charge.

Can I download your movies?

Yes, all of our movies are downloadable. Our movies are of very high quality so your download speeds may vary depending on your connection speed.

When I join, is my personal information secure and protected?

Yes it is. We strive to protect your confidentiality and protect your identity. We use the highest level of industry standard encryption technology allowed by the US Gov.t to process your credit card information.

Can I download images to my PC/laptop or other devices? Can I .right-click. save these images?

You can but we highly recommend that you download our images to your devices by downloading the zip files. It.s much faster and more much more efficient.

If I download movies and images to my computer, can I keep them even if I do decide to cancel at some point?

Yes you can keep the images and videos even after you cancel but you cannot share those images and video.s with others and for your personal viewing only.

If I pay for a membership to with my credit card, what will show up on my credit card statement?

We will keep this charge discrete. You will see the transaction listed as a charge from Epoch, CC Bill or another processing company but never charged as

Do you store all of your content from the very beginning of the sites existence for members to browse at all times or do you remove some content to make way for fresh content periodically?

We do daily updates and never remove content from our site. Each model has her own specific page with all content she has been associated with listed right there on her page for you to view at all times.

Do you have daily download limits for

We do not limit your downloads during any period of time.

If I come across a broken image or a video that does not work for me, is there someone I can inform about this?

Absolutely. Please login to your account (if you are not already) and from the "My Account" page please click on "Contact Us". This email will go directly to our Director of Operations and is automatically copied directly to our engineering staff as well.

Can I view your site and download videos if I am a MAC user?

If you are a MAC user, please make sure to have the latest version of Flip4Mac installed. You can grab the latest version here:

If I am using dial-up internet services, will I be able to watch your videos and download your content?

Viewing our SD or HD streams will most likely not work for you since your internet speed is much too slow, however downloading is still possible. Please keep in mind that when downloading our content a via dial-up connection, your may require very, very long download times.
